For Closing Pestban will issue The Georgia Wood Infestation
Inspection Report (Clearance Letter) that you need for closing
and fax it to you. The Termite Contract is effective as of the
closing date and we will mail a hard copy of the “Letter”
along with a Pestban Closing Packet to your office. |

Closing Pestban will set an appointment
with the new homeowners to install the Termite System, review
